Top Level Consulting LLC – Purchase and Refund Policy

Top Level Consulting LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) stands behind the quality of our programs and services. Your satisfaction is important to us, but due to the nature of our products—particularly digital content, coaching programs, and live events—we have specific terms in place to protect both our customers and our business. By purchasing from us (including via our website, related web properties, over the phone, or at live events), you agree to the following terms.


1. General

Promotional offers and coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Coupons are valid only during their stated promotion period.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


2. Privacy Policy

Your purchase is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, store, and protect your information.


3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will achieve specific results, earn a certain amount of income, or reach any particular goal. The information we provide is for educational and informational purposes only.

If you apply the information, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for any resulting business, financial, or personal outcomes. Real estate investing and related business activities involve inherent risk and require significant effort.

We will never provide legal, investment, tax, or financial advice. Any testimonials or success stories are not intended to represent typical results. Always consult with qualified professionals before making business or financial decisions.


4. Digital, Membership, and Live Event Products – No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products, memberships, group programs, or live event tickets under any circumstances.

Digital access is considered fully delivered when sent to the email address provided at purchase. If you do not receive access within five (5) calendar days, you must contact support@theericcline.com immediately. Failure to notify us within this period will be deemed acceptance of delivery.

Purchase of our training modules does not grant rights to reproduce, share, or resell any content. Unauthorized sharing or distribution will result in civil and/or criminal action.

Month-to-month programs may be canceled at any time by emailing support@theericcline.com. Cancellations take effect in the month they are submitted. There are no retroactive refunds.

Removing your payment method or failing to keep a valid payment method on file does not cancel your subscription and will be considered a breach of agreement. If invoices are 90+ days overdue or payments are repeatedly delinquent, access may be suspended, but the full contract value remains due.


5. Live Event Ticket Policy

If you are unable to attend a live event after purchasing a ticket or paying a deposit, no refunds will be issued.

At our sole discretion, we may issue a credit toward a future event.


6. Dispute & Chargeback Waiver

By signing an agreement or completing a purchase from Top Level Consulting LLC, you:

Agree to this Purchase and Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

Waive any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any digital, membership, group coaching, or live event product that has been delivered as described.

Acknowledge that all digital access, event tickets, and membership services are non-refundable once assigned or delivered.

Any disputes regarding product performance or satisfaction must be submitted directly to support@theericcline.com for review and resolution before contacting your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
