Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

CoSale Capital takes copyright infringement claims seriously and will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe any materials accessible on or from this site (the "Website") infringe your copyright, you may request their removal (or access to them) by submitting a written notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") to our designated copyright agent listed below.

In accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512), your written notification ("DMCA Notice") must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.

Identification of the material you believe to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.

Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the DMCA Notice is accurate.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Knowingly Misrepresenting Claims

Please note that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Website is infringing your copyright, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Counter Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification ("Counter Notice") to the designated copyright agent above. Your Counter Notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that was removed or access to which was disabled, and the location of the material before it was removed or disabled.

Your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the Website may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA Notice or their agent.

If the party who filed the original DMCA Notice does not file a court action within ten business days of receiving the Counter Notice, CoSale Capital may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, it is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers.
